Thanks! I have thought about such a bounty too but it’s not a short term plan. Right now the focus is on improving the technology and building a community to produce open data, which anyone can access and respond to for free. One of the main reasons the data is free and open is that people eg councils and authorities have to do something about it. If anyone wants to accept Littercoin as a mode of payment or as a reward for proof of work (eg a free/discounted coffee which could be very cost effective marketing for a business), then go for it! I just submitted my first journal publication which introduces Littercoin and the next written release will be the whitepaper which will outline more details. If anyone thinks this project is important and should be developed further this ecosystem is in need of support! I have reached out to the Ethereum Enterpise Alliance but have had no response yet unfortunately.
